Lol as far as I know most of the lore involving him is implied and not directly stated. I don't kill him because I like him, plus he's obviously lost a few marbles.

All right, watched. The level of trivia wasn't bad at all. I'd say it was just right, actually.

I always kill rats every time I see them, but I don't think I've gotten one single bit of humanity from them in my 100+ hours of gameplay.

It honestly rarely happens for me. I think I've received two in all my playthroughs.

Drop rate is 3-5%. I got one later and have it recorded for one of the next videos.

I see. I get humanity much more frequently from crystal hollows, actually—it feels like 1 in 8, unless I got lucky around that segment.

i do care about spoilers but i don't mind trivia and stuff

a good example of stuff you should avoid would be something like... i wouldn't want to know how to get to archdragon peak in ds3 when you pass that one location where you activate it

i bought it awhile ago affer enjoying ds3 so much, but after starting and finding ds2 so slow and unresponsive, i put off playing the first one indefinitely. someone told me that ds1 was the most unresponsive.

which was a mistake, because this one feels just as responsive as the third and im actually enjoying myself.
