I'm a bit confused, because in an interview fairly recently Luke Smith said they wouldn't be expanding vault space, so I'm not sure if that particular part of the article is legit.

Everything looks like an improvement though, a long overdue one, but an improvement nonetheless.

To be fair. It was at E3 and they said they had no permanent solution sorted out yet.
