I actually saw this video a couple days ago and stopped when he bases his entire argument on asserting that his favorite playable is objectively more fun than any other and that people who don't agree are somehow stupid. I know here on Sep7 we say shit in games is objectively better all the time as a joke or as hyperbole and shoot shit at each other, but holy shit this guy ACTUALLY REALLY means it.

Why would I do that? I don't have a vested interest in Sony's bottom-line. Buy it if you think it looks neat, don't if you don't.

And if you need to be convinced, you either like it and want to be talked out of it or don't like it but want to be talked into buying it. In other words look at gameplay and decide for yourself instead of making others fight on behalf of corporate opinions.

I would also say, if you want a break from typical medieval stuff, and want to dive a bit into fantasy/Lovecraftian tier things, then by all means, give it a shot. It's a beautiful game, and handles the atmosphere and level design much better than Dark Souls 3 if you ask me.

If you like Dark Souls combat but prefer it to be way faster page I see no reason to not like Bloodborne. It's risky as hell but ohhh so satisfying.
