343i: Halo 5 had one of the best marketing campaigns I've ever seen (up until the autistic Halo 5 Live crap) and the game's story ended up being so shit.
Bioware, kind of. Their games are still okay.

Mass Effect 2 had good trailers AND was a damn good game. Dunno if you played that though.

The game was great. But the story was shit, and all marketing was pointing towards it being good. Stuff like Hunt the Truth, also it constantly advertised a conflict between Chief and Locke which never actually happened in the game. It was just totally different to what was advertised, and not in a good way.
