As a kid I was always afraid of the final boss when he was behind me, it felt like a T-Rex was chasing me with it's shakes coming closer and closer towards me.

It wasn't in the boss battle sector lol.

Well I meant like, in his "area".

Like how the Octopus has his own area, and then in that area, there's a stage where you enter and race him.

PS1, err... Metal Gear Solid? >.> never had a PlayStation growing up so I can't say I'm too familiar with that category.

For GameCube, I can think of Resident Evil 4 and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Twilight Princess might be cheating.
