Platinum games and exclusivity

I just realized that with the announcement of nier, they'll have exclusives on every console

I wonder if they would make more/less money if bayonetta, scalebound, and nier were multiplat. Like how much are they paid by ninty ms and Sony that they would give every console an exclusive

They probably make more going with exclusivity. I'd assume at least since that's the only way it makes sense. Probably couldn't afford to make all these games on their own for each system. Doubt the third party publishers would be willing to provide as much as the console owners would.

I can't think of another instance of a dev having an exclusive on each major console

They also did Wonderful 101. No idea how many teams they have at this point. Place has to be hectic.

I think everyone would like that, but I'd assume its a 'these games wouldn't get made other wise' type of deal.
