Can I not play MGSV offline?

So we got a new router in the house and I hadn't connected my PS4 yet because I didn't really need to.

Upon loading MGSV I got this message.


I then set up my internet again and I could play the game just fine.

I'm moving in a few days and won't have internet for a little bit, will I be unable to play? I'm scared. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did some dlc you have get wiped accidentally? I don't know why it would be saying that otherwise.

I can never get ONLINE on MGSV. Never connects....what's the deal?

The servers are shitty atm but they've been getting better
