Probably Twilight Princess. I love the game's art style and more mature tone, the combat is the smoothest the series has seen so far, the temples were unique (Yeti mansion and Ooccoo world), and I thought it brought a lot of new and entertaining mechanics. I remember making a save solely to play the horseback fight with that huge goblin forever.I haven't jumped too far onto the hype train for BotW, but it's definitely going to be an insta-buy. I'm still a little skeptical that the open world is going to feel a bit barren, but overall it looks like it's going to have some really solid gameplay with an amazing story.
I've purposely avoided all trailers except the reveal and namedrop trailers for BOTW so my excitement level is about 10%. Being careful not to get overhyped.
I've never played a Zelda
I know it's the typical answer, but for me, it really is my favorite. OoT. No game has ever made me feel the way OoT has. In fact, I wouldn't even put any games in a list with it that have come out in the past 10 years or so. No game has come close to it, or other games near its time. I know a lot of people don't like The Witcher 3. But now that I think about it, I would put that up there with OoT. TW3 was the best game I have played in years.

Too hard for a kid who doesn't speak the language.
