Its an old name that Youtubers used to have in their video titles to get past WWE's copyright.

Instead of using the actual names of the wrestlers, they had to use hilarious names to get past the copyright. Bork Laser is the most popular name and it caught on to a lot of people. Fans would even take signs that would say "BORK LASER" to WWE events.
