Exactly. The game has 13 maps, and like 10 game modes. Besides single player, and some features cut, how is it lacking compared to any other game? If a new MP game launches with 30 maps and 20 gamemodes, why does that matter when in the end, only 4-5 maps will be played on, and only 2-3 gamemodes will be played on?

On the other hand, the problem is too many reviews these days are either bought out shillstains, ridiculous kneejerks like Angry Joe or overly cynical, pretentious shit like Yhazee.

I suppose that's why demos exist, Although Destiny's was deciving as all fuck.

For being such great games they barely scored higher than the new one. Look like BF 2015 sits at a 77 now. While BF2 had a 78. One point higher. I'm not saying the old one was bad, or that the new one is even just as good. But those scores should tell you, reviews hardly matter.

Review SCORES don't matter, but the content in them does. What I have read is:
-Little depth
-Little content
-BF2 was better
-Only redeeming quality is that its star wars

That's what matters. After not enjoying the beta and then seeing these reviews, I no longer want this game.

I like all the Battlefields. I even prefer 4 over 3. But I agree. I loved BF2. The only one I never really got into was 2142. Still liked it though. DICE should take a break from BF. No BF5 please. Just a Bad Company 3. I'd like that. At least we'd get a fun single player. With them on Battlefront for now, and Mirror's Edge next year, I'm not sure when we'll get another Battlefield. Maybe 2017.

Battlefront is a reboot, not a direct sequel to battlefront 2. it looks good, it feels good, and most of all it's fun. Well it looks like I'm getting the game sent to me for Christmas anyways. <.< Dad accidentally leaked that I might enjoy it since I'm pretty much gay for Star Wars.

I've played the Beta, and while the game wasn't as shit as I thought it'd be, I still didn't have much fun with it...though that probably has to do with the fact that playing as the Rebels on Hoth was an absolute shitstorm if you didn't have a competent team.

To my surprise I heard that they actually nerf'd the AT-ATs on Walker Assault, and made some decent changes to the game. Maybe I'll enjoy it more when playing with friends, but we'll see what happens.
