Battlefield Hardlines Single Player is actually well done!

After being able to play the prologue and the first mission, my impressions are positive! Visceral managed to make (what looks like) a by the numbers experience and gave it character and life. The first half hour had more character development and interesting situations than the past 2 Battlefields combined.

Atleast in my opinion... Maybe this game can pull it off!

EA has as preview thing for Xbox One. So I got to get my hands on it early.

when i saw the achievements for Hardline, i noticed there were like a billion achievements pertaining to the campaign. some guy was like "they went all out for this campaign"

Good, I hope it stays that way in future Battlefields. Also whats with the major hate on Hardline? All the reviewers I go to seems to really hate it.

I was quite put off by the multilayer beta. It seemed more or less a BF4 expansion than a new game of its own worth $60 new.

If the singleplayer is as great as you're making it out to be, I'll venture another look into it.

I'm still trying to find some gameplay of the L85A2 though, the only clip I've seen so far is a hideous golden t4ct1c00l version from some EA press thingy, suppressors and IRNVs etc ._.

I say its more of a combo between Lethal Weapon and End of Watch.
