I think there are two things behind that, for this one it's just down to the hardline beta being shite lol.
When it's struggling to download things it's usually because it's biting off more than it can chew with simultaneous downloads which throttles at either the PS4 or the router <.<

halo 5 beta which was like 10gb took me like 2 hours to download, whereas digital games around 4gb on my ps4 download in like 20 minutes or so.

I will just say its in the kilobytes >.>

But I would think tht even if a 6GB was taking roughly 8 hours, a 10GB would take roughly 10-12 instead of >30 hours.
