Anyone Here Buying A Collector's Edition Of Destiny?

I'll be purchasing the limited edition. I've been hearing a lot of good feedback from the beta so I decided it was go-time for making a decision. That's what I proceeded to do. Plus, I really wanted the in-game stuff like the red Ghost shell, Vanguard Armory, etc.

How about you guys?

I've got the LE pre-ordered, and at least online at Gamestop neither the LE or Ghost editions are available anymore. The folks at the local Gamestop also said there aren't any available for pre-order in the store anymore either. I'm hoping there's a Ghost available on launch night.

Costs so much in the UK, but I gave in and got the Limited Edition. Was intending on getting the sp00ky gh0st edition, but that's ?150/$250.

Not to mention impossible to find, if anyone finds an available Ghost for pre-order hmu I want it.

I wanted the Ghost as well, but it's just too much to save for.

Nice. I originally wanted the Ghost, but it's just too much money with not really that much more than the Limited edition.

Pre-ordered for the collectability; I hope I'm not overestimating the demand for this game, but if I am at least I'll have some nice art.

Nope. I am probably going to wait for a used copy to pop up on eBay. I always bought the Legendary/Limited editions of the Halo games, but I am not as excited for Destiny as I was for Halo 3 or Reach.

Nope. I am probably going to wait for a used copy to pop up on eBay. I always bought the Legendary/Limited editions of the Halo games, but I am not as excited for Destiny as I was for Halo 3 or Reach.

Total opposite for me, I've been looking for a new MMO (something not played out) and this, so far, feels like what I've been looking for.

I'm getting the limited edition. Couldn't be assed to pay another $50 for a toy that will just end up sitting on my shelf untouched for years.

I'll be getting the limited edition. I would've gotten the collector's if every store within 50 miles hadn't sold out of it, but I'm glad that it stopped me from spending the extra $50 on what seriously seems like a toy. It just doesn't have the appeal or significance of the Halo-era special editions.

I got the ghost edition but Bungie skimped on the digital stuff. Ghost doesn't even get anything special digitally, stupid.

I have a feeling Destiny will be big though so I'd like to have the first games collectors edition ten years down the road.

Thats part of the reason I decided to go with the limited edition.
