I've been trying to go by what the links are saying but I'm still blind at what to do. I'm hoping someone here knows how it's done so I can get more detailed instructions. The mod I'm trying to do is this one.

I can't help you with instilling mods but I have some knowledge in regards to how to install them.

Sure. I try to do what the steps are saying but I end up failing. For the link to the mod I have no idea at all what it means by placing the files in the data section. I pasted the mod in the data section and nothing happens. I went into each folder for the mod and pasted the stuff for it in each folder in the data section that I find it in for the mod folders and nothing happens. If you're up or it can you do a more detailed step by step thing for me?
