40k sadly

It used to be that the 40k tag on steam would show some really good shit, now it's a steaming pile of million monkeys on typewriter tier stuff.

They give the license to literally anyone who wants to make a cash-in game whereas before they appeared to give a shit about quality control. THQ dying basically ruined everything.

Halo
It was pretty clear that people began to drift away from the series with Reach and Halo 4 lasting only a week says a lot. They had a chance to bring Halo back with the MCC and have us play the good Halo games online but they fucked it all up and was an embarrassment.

Call of Duty
Every CoD has been trying to replicate what made MW2 addicting and fun and since then majority of the CoDs have been shit. Blops 2 however was really good and the best one since MW2 because that one had the perfect blend of future and modern settings while still being fun and addicting. I'm still waiting for Activision to sell CoD 4 Remastered to be sold separately but we all know that is highly unlikely unless IW continues to get hate.

Fallout
I like Fallout 4, but the people at Bethesda who thinks we all want nothing but settlement stuff needs to be fired and kept away from games like this. The game could have been much better with more story-driven DLCs instead of just Far Harbor. I won't buy anymore Bethesda Fallouts but I'll buy a new Fallout made by Obsidian cause they know what they're doing with this IP.

Mortal Kombat
MKX just turned into Guest Fighter Simulator like Killer Instinct, and the fact that they're all DLC instead of unlocakble via gameplay turns me off. Hopefully Injustice 2 comes out okay like the first one but I'm still skeptical.

I'm surprised there was no mention of Final Fantasy. I'm sure that at least one of you enjoyed the earlier versions, but drifted away because of the newer releases.

Final Fantasy still has quality about it though. It may not be what FF 6 or 7 was, but it's still good. FF 14 is probably the highest production MMO on the market you'd find right now. It's gorgeous. FF 15, while not exactly my cup of tea, isn't looking to be terrible.

CoD lost interest after Black Ops, and Halo died after Reach.

Played Halo 4 for two days before never touching it again, because to me it was the same as CoD.
