Never order from the MS store. They have shitty customer service and are shittily organized. I have gone through the painstaking process of trying to cancel a single preorder because my LCE Halo 5 was not going to arrive till next week because it was ordered back in June. There was no tracking, nor any sort of Email confirmation shit except to the credit card that was associated with the purchase and even that had nothing on it. I will never shop on there ever again and I just wanted to tell everyone else so they can avoid the shitty service that MS store gives.
