Offtopic: there's this place called Akavir that I think they should end the series on whenever they do that. Would be a cool ending to an amazing series. IMO.

Honestly, I thought Elder Scrolls V was going to be in Akavir or even the Summerset Isles.

If they were to continue to use continental Tamriel I'd say the only logical option is Hammerfell.
It would certainly be a jarring transition from the typical environments we've seen.
