Activate it, go to hide DS4, then plug your controller in, and load up the game. After it loads and it is still acting up, just unplug and replug your controller and it should fix.

Make sure "Hide DS4 Controller" is checked. Then plug in your PS4 controller and it should light blue and under profiles show it's plugged in. Leave that window open, you can minimize it. Then open DS2 and load things up. If it still is acting up, simply unplug and replug it back in. That SHOULD work.
