I'd say wait till it's a bit lower then that.
I'd probably get the NV DLC, if you haven't already. If not, finish 3 and wait for the price to go down. Buy the Ultimate Edition to get all of it, that version is pretty cheap now.Fallout4 is a fun game, but not one engineered for multiple playthroughs. If you have £40, I'd reconmend using it to maximise your time in 3 and Vegas.
