Got my Pip Boy version pre-orderd. After 2014 I vowed to not pre-order so much shit but because it's Fallout I make exceptions, even for its stupid gimmicky limited editions.

Probably gonna preorder. Looks pretty great. I hated fallout 3 at first but went back to it and ended up loving it. Hoping to beat New Vegas in time for 4.

I've got a level 46 NV character who I still need to finish before it releases. I've completed all the side quests and DLC's though so it may be a bit difficult.

Eh, I probably won't use the app that much. The Pipboy will stand nicely on a shelf somewhere most of the time.

The NCR and Legion woul take decades to get anywhere near the east coast. They're not going to be mentioned.

The most mention they'll get is if there's something like Veronica mentioning a Brotherhood civil war out east. And even that is doubtful.

We're more likely to see the Pitt or the Institute mentioned before the NCR/ Legion.

I don't think there is a canon ending. I always go Independent. It probably won't be mentioned in detail in future games.
