Go back five hours before you got the quest, pray to god it doesn't happen again.

I was in the middle of testing out what looks like a semi-exploit for settlements when my power went spastic and murdered my PS4...

Yeah it's pretty effective on my 10mm, since it lets me rollerskate sneak around, and I got the perk so it doesn't matter which speed you're sneaking at

If it's not fixable, one solution would be:

~sqt (displays quests)

Find your quest ID (should be something like RR106; it'll have RR in front), also note the quest stage #

~resetquest <quest ID>

Or:

setstage <ID> <stage number + 1> (to get you to the next step)

Restarted settlement building at starlight drive-in. It's really flat (It's a big car park) and it's got a pool of water and a load of soil, so it's a lot easier to build on. I'm enjoying it a lot more. Managed to make some structures that don't look terrible.

I made a quicksave just as a mirelurk hunter spat venom at me.

So I had to press O the second the game went black to spawn to get up the pipboy and spam buffout/stimpaks otherwise I'd drop dead instantly.

It was fun.
