Turns out didn't have the hard dosh to spare on the game, so I traded in a few games and used my GAME credit and just pre-paid for it. Only cost me £4.

Couldn't get the bobble head though.

I have now got my paid-off preorder thingy in store secured.

I just waltz into the shop on tuesday morning, hand them a raffle ticket stapled to my receipt and they gib me a shiny new pipboy edition e.e.e.e.e.e.e

So at least I have the fallback plan if the delivery of it doesn't appear on time.

Well on the PC side of things the requirements are waaay too high for what the game is actually offering which means that Fallout 4 is an unoptimized piece of shit.

It looks fine for me. Art Style > Graphics and the animations aren't bad.
