'Hard' bosses you didn't find too difficult?

Most Dark Souls bosses that were supposed to be difficult didn't give me that much trouble

Manus, Kalameet, Biggie Smalls, and Bed of Chaos were all pretty easy and didn't take me more than three attempts each.

Some of the bosses that were supposed to be easy, however - like Gaping Dragon - took me fucking forever.

Not sure when you beat the Sinner, but she was extremely nerfed in the first post-release update. Sinner V2 is easy, Sinner V1? Definitely not so much.

I got DS2 not long after it came out so I think I beat V1

Actually now that I think about it, a few of the bosses in SOTFS seemed easier, though it may just be me actually being good at the game at this point.

I've heard that the boss at the end of the first Dead Island was pretty hard. Not for me though, because I killed him with one shot.
Granted that I might've used a modded shotgun with unlimited ammo that was a one shot kill on every zombie variant in the game.
