I believe that karma exists, but it's not created by something other than yourself.

If you kill someone who you're robbing, then there are two possible karmas. Police find you (you got sloppy), and bad consciousness.

If you let him live; he might find you and kill you.

There aren't any black and white zones. What goes around comes around, but why is it that it goes around in the first place? Perhaps it was you who set it off, and in that case it would be classified as karma.
