Listen, I love DC. I really do. But sometimes I think the fanbase can be fickle little children. I… [scoff] I go out there and do my damned best to give these people what they want and they shit all over me. First they say there’s too much action and not enough story in Man of Steel. They also wanted Injustice, TDKR, Flashpoint, and Doomsday – Did I not deliver in Batman v Superman?! Then I hear that Batman is too much of a pussy and that he should just kill the Joker, so I introduced a better Batman!

I swear these whiney little babies want this or that, and when you give it to them, they complain more! And some of it isn’t even completley my fault! These fans don’t understand how many “suits” speak to me to add their own touch to the movie as well, so I have to find a happy medium for everyone! [breathing heavily] You know what? I think I should just go work with Marvel. I hear Ghost Rider is pretty dark and grim, maybe I’d do better over there. Feige! I’m giving you a ring! [phone hangs up]
