What if the source is the breast of a fair maiden?
Goat cheese is better IMO.
You raise an important ethical issue, I do not have enough medical knowledge to makean educated response to your fine question in terms of sheer health. As for the moral dilemma this raises, I stand by the reasonable ideal of 'to each their own.'
In that case, what about from the tip of a wise nobleman?

Hello, I'd like to focus this thread on the issue of alternative cheese sources. For the sake of debate, we shall be taking cows cheese as the standard. Goat's cheese will be considered in a superpositioned state of both standard and non-standard basedon the observers preference or stance on the matter of goats cheese. The actual state of the cheese (be it grated or left to age) is of no concern, the core issue hereis of the original source of said cheese. Discuss.
