I'm going to my gym in case of a zombie apocalypse. There's only one entrance and it's a big open area with the gym in the middle surrounded by the rear of resident homes which is blocked off from the gym grounds by big fences. The only problem would be securing the area after that it should be pretty safe. At the back of everything there's a small river that goes along until the end of the gym grounds which you can also escape from should you need to. There is a big open field good for growing crops, showers, and a cafe. It's not too far from the town centre but it's not close either.
