You're inside a small, red-colored fleshy circular place. The walls seem to stretch impossibly high, and there's no ceiling visible to you, only a soft, foggy light in its place. Everything inside the place is dark yet humid at the same time.

On the floor before you are: an unborn baby, a used condom, and a soggy mass of flesh on the wall.
