 Everyone will forget that you were ever the gender you used to be, and if you are in a relationship with someone that person will still be attracted to you, even if this means that their sexual orientation changes. Essentially, you would be getting dropped into a parallel universe in which you were born the opposite gender, and are a million dollars (or pounds etc.) richer. Neither.

It would be basically that your brain was put into the body of you from another dimension, and in that dimension you were born the opposite gender from what you are in this dimension. Everything would be basically the same, just that you would have been born a woman instead of a man. Also, you would be a million dollars richer than you are right now.
