I've been doing the blue thing, I'm glad you like it as well. But I'm gonna try this swiss to change things up a bit, fingers crossed I've never put swiss on a pizza before !

Scharfe maxx is my go to Swiss cheese. They add cream to the full fat milk before it's made and it makes for a great cheese especially for pizzas cuz you know it melts.
