people usually avoid them anyway though
Driving over a foreign object on the road is never okay no matter the situation unless you absolutely have to.
When I started driving to work, literally everyone I saw drove over them but kept them in between their tires to make make anything more messy. It wasn't until I left FL that I saw other people do differently. In some situations, driving around might not be feasible since there could be another car right next to you in a two lane road with one right behind you causing slowing down to be unavailable as an option as well. the way yoy described it it sounds like it was an empty road Up here we avoid hitting them at all costs, and they're usually a bit to the side of the road anywayI've seen people go and ouch them to the side before too
Wait, how do you fuck up a trans running over a two by four?
