Why not make 2 different "Flood" forums

We will have one that is classic flood, no tolerance for shitposting and trolling, no talk of religion and no attacking others, just classic flood talk that was good for everyone. As for the other forum it will be #offtopic as it has been, shitposting and all.

Of course we have serious but that is just filled with debates about politics and religion, this new forum will be an exact replica of the old flood. It may split flow of each forum and serious may die, but it would solve many issues with the current site.

And at worst it doesn't work and it isn't popular, then we will just go back to this. What do you think of this idea? Post any changes to this you would prefer! Have a nice day!

Personally I think we should use a hashtag system where you can separate discussions based on tags, that way you can choose between serious discussion, shitposts, and more. I'm sure it would work good.

this place is too small to split into two seperate forums, especially given that you want to split the most popular forum in two. you'll probably have most people go to the shitposting forum, and a few people go to the more serious one, exactly like what has happened with serious now.
