Some pics of my ongoing cut x some updates

Stats are 6'1" 180lbs. I'd say around low 11 mid 10% bodyfat. I have about 5 more pounds to get to 8% so in about a month I will be a fully diced outta my mind sickening disgusting freak  :)

A bit disappointed with my abs. I will need to get to 8% to get them to really pop. I have done maybe 25 situps in the last year so I guess I had it coming. Need to work on delts and chest harder but besides that I think I'm looking geewwd. Criticisms and comments are welcome thx

Thanks man. I highly suggest you do make some sort of log somewhere. I have place where I've been updating from a while back and it's crazy looking at the older posts and seeing how far you've come. You can even make an instagram account and just keep it on private while putting on pictures with detailed comments of your stats x lifts x feels. For your wrist, have you tried wrist wraps? A lot of people use them for bench and other presses.

I love back. I usually start with something for width(pullups or pulldowns), then a rowing motion for thickness (barbell rows, t bar rows) then another width motion (pulldowns, machine pulldowns), then a secondary rowing motion, then some dumbbell rows or a different type of pulldown and finish off with 1 trap exercise but lots of sets. If I deadlift that day I do it after the first pulldown motion and then take out a rowing motion.

shit, isn't that a lot for such a small muscle group?
I usually go with regular curls, then a machine curl, then 1kg less but with two hands at the same time.
I don't keep it very varied, hence the question.

Oh and 3 sets 8/10/12 reps per thing

it does seem like a lot but I've sorta worked up to it so to speak. Variety is the spice of life
