tbh I feel like if we dilute forum content with more separation it won't help the board much at all. If this place was bigger then more specific forums might work better.

Sorry, I'm really not into sports at all...

Call it #AdminBias, but I'd honestly be more in favor of an anime board than a sports one (and I don't see either happening anytime soon).

Basically entertainment outside of Gaming media is a major part of discussion in The Flood and removing it leaves a lot less to discuss in this forum besides what people like to consider shitposting.
