To everyone that says they don't have the time, let's quickly do the math here, there are 24*7 hours in a week, of which I spend 3 on exercise, so as a percentage that's [3/(24*7)]*100 = 1.78571428571%1.8% of my total time spent working out effectively without equipment, 98% of my time is spent doing NO EXERCISE AT ALL, and yet I'm quite noticeably fit. Working out is NOT hard, it does not take up any noticeable amount of time, and the only equipment you need is GRAVITY, you simply have no excuses flood.
Because I'm quite happy with the way I am.Also, why do you only use the same pictures? Something is off.

Bodybuilding is stupid. End of discussion.Bodybuilding is literally build upon different exercises and a healthy diet.Bodybuilding is making your body unhealthy. Those constantly rigid muscles don't make for an athletic body and when they atrophy you're gonna have big problems.Especially all those fucking chemicals you guys use, not to mention steroids.

I do, or I've started to. But o honestly have no idea where to start. Right now I've just been going through chest, shoulder, tricep and calf exercises and machines on a regular basis for the last two weeks or so.

If you don't give your body a chance to repair itself then you'll only end up harming yourself, so in order to be good at working out you need to be good at sleeping a lot.
