Now that I think about I don't even think black people exist in DBZ. The only people if color I can even think of are the native Americans under Korin's tower, Uub, and that one guy from the original dragonball. Those last two are Indian to boot.

My friends and I noticed this in high school too. I used to draw DBZ fights a lot and when a ghetto school got closed a bunch of black people came to my school. They would always high 5 me, even some girls recognized it.

There was some lanky black guy for like 20 seconds in the Tournament saga. He got matched up against Trunks. And you occasionally see them when it shows a shot of a crowd.
