Why do I like eating squirrel?

Seriously!? Have you ever tried it? Some of the most tender and flavorful meat you can find climbing the trees in your backyard.

Amazing when fried with some gravy. Easy to clean too when you. Not like hogs or deer where it takes ages to skin and gut.

Yeah. Many of you may have never even had this thought in your lives. But its common here in Texas this close to Leausiana.

My aunt eats squirrels and snakes whenever i visit her house in upstate NY.

Although I've never had them before, it's actually a really common practice in the more remote parts of the east coast.

I'm actually eying a plump one right now.....
