Why do I hate people (srs)

Lately i've been really holding a lot of hate towards people

I just find almost everyone so annoying, to the point where I can't stand being around them or even reading anything they put on social media or whatever. The only people i can stand are my mom, brother, and like 4-8 good friends.

I used to be a social butterfly and but now I just want everyone to leave me alone

Yes and today I avoided as many people as I could so they wouldn't talk to me. I feel like I couldn't even force myself to act interested in whatever they had to say.

I'm not usually like this though. Just a lot more frequently in the last few weeks

Went to a mates' gig last night and met this chill group of around 30 people. It was pretty sweet man, maybe you're just around too many dramatic people?

I don't think it's them man, all of the people I associate with are pretty good people. Friendly, nice, considerate. Not much drama or anything with them. It's me, and I can recognize that i'm being absurd but idk why

I recommend a journal. I figured out what really pissed me off by recording and processing it on paper.
It's some of the most cringeworthy stuff to go back over, though.

I had a journal like that, but instead of recording what pissed me off, i recorded my fears in life and everything i wanted to say to one of my ex's.

If i look at it now i think i'll die from cringing.
