It's a glorified webcam.The software is more important than the hardware, which could revolutionise VR if applied correctly.But Money$oft will find a way to fuck it up, I'm sure.The ability to track motions and react to them accordingly, coupled with sensors that are being used in reactive prosthetics to replace the camera input, with a nice pair of goggles that fills your entire field of view and the ability to feel the virtual objects around you? It has serious potential.
