What is the Worth of One extra year of life?

Imagine if a medicine could give you one extra year of life what would be it's worth. It comes up quite alot now that pharmaceutical drugs cost are skyrocketing with each new drug. And some are known for giving a few months of life or more and their cost is a big question.
