If it's hate, you spend more time being angry, apathetic, unfulfilled, disenfranchised and alienated.

If it's love then you are more accepting, caring, empathetic, engaged and fulfilled.

Apathetic, unfulfilled, disenfranchised and alienated sums up 90% of me and my life, and yet caring, empathetic, and engaged are things I actively try to project or give to people.

I'm not angry. Just tired.

But being tired doesn't mean I can't give decent things to people or others. I've got more care pulling me along than anger that faded years ago, and more caring, enough to give me a push past my own tiredness if I need it too. Caring about the state of others is the only thing I've got, really.

Love. Sometimes people will do something that pisses me off, but I typically forget about it after a short period of time. Forgiving people too easily is one of the problems that I have with myself.

I think feeling disenfranchised is an accurate summary of why I'm hateful. The others... Not so much.

I do empathize to an extent, but I'm not particularly caring.
