He is Ainu.

The god of Ainu Mosir, Ae-Oine Kamuy, descendant of Okiku-Rumi, He perishes, a living corpse. The summers day, the white sunlight, unabrushed, ends simply through his breath alone.

He was leaving to go somewhere, and when I tried to talk to him about in Anarchy, he was all vague and said the destination didn't matter. So he's probably just off doing something personal.
