dudebro gamers are the ones that encourage the stagnation of games by complaining at the slightest change but are happy to pay £60 for what is essentially a graphics reskin every year with very little effort.

There's nothing wrong with being a dudebro, it's just one of many kinds of "gamer". It's just that dudebro games don't have much of an appeal outside that audience, so the games are often criticized for those elements by everyone else.

EA sports games are still shit tho.

They tend to act overly 'manly', where they can be rude, and intolerant towards other. Usually because they're insecure about their manhood, hence the jerk attitude.

Of course that doesn't represent all of them.

I'm not even kidding, the first thing that pops into my mind when someone says "dudebro" is your username. Not in a negative manner or anything, I really don't know what connotations the label carries per se, but all I know is that it's a very PSU-y word.

Sure, but I think that's just because they're all... old, and... out of style. If Quake saw a resurgence, I could see it regressing to that label. Maybe.

dudebros get all the pretty ladies i want so i get jealous because i only see what they are on the surface and i cant understand why the girls would choose them over me

i have no qualms being honest about this. it's just flat out jealousy on my end. though i do think the typical "dudebro" sense of fashion is cliche and silly, but that's not a real complaint.

Just Dance, for a more recent example, isn't a dudebro game. Neither is Tribes: Ascend (although it did attract a lot of memester idjits).

Simple/casual shooters with "deep" (like a bathtub) mechanics are the defining factors of dudebro games. Halo fits it, as does Battlefield, and CoD. Quake has a 90* learning curve, it's too "hardcore" to be a dudebro game. Quake Live even got a small resurgence a few months back, and it quickly died again because the new players left after getting their asses handed to them with a 0% success rate.
