How do I come out to my friends amd family?

My sister came out last year, and I want to tell her that I'm sexually fluid because she's one of my best friends.

And there's a guy back home who was interested in me, but I'm not sure how I can get with guys in my home town without telling my friends, and I'm nervous about how that will affect our relationship.
