I'd basically tell my parents that I'm me, and convince them by saying stuff I know about them or whatever, and then explore what I can do as a new person, but if there isn't anything that interests me then I'd just go back to my old life tbh... I'd also take up some martial arts, because women are bigger targets, and weaker (bad combo).
