infinite pocket money means that you can buy whatever you want with pocket money, then you can extract the same amount over and over again.

To not be a fuckboy and find the loophole (extracting money forever thus it's not pocketmoney we're talking about) you should assume that the money disappears if you try to take out more.

If you have $50, and then take out $50 the initial $50 disappear, and you're left with $50

Seems like a waste to not use an infinite resource when nobody else has access to it.

My interpretation was that there was around $100 in your pocket everyday. And it will refill the next day. So you could do whatever you wish with that $100, but you couldn't stack it up.(for instance, taking out $100 one day and leaving it to the side)

Infinite =/= finite

To answer your post OP I only use 2 pockets. I carry the following items. 

Wallet
Phone
Car keys
Small pocket knife

I don't need a lot of pocket
