Putting the number of likes inline with the buttons looks ok for users, but it looks odd for staff. Where they are now allows them to be out of the way while filling the space that used to house the IP link.

Concering all mobile users: If you hold your phone sideways the like button should be on the right of someone's post (like sep7agon on a desktop).

Of course this assuming you don't use some weird app like tapatalk.

Oh, on mobile it's a glitch. On pc it's in line with the quote/report buttons and the # of likes are really out of the way and small.
