Never have I seen a TV show been erased from the public consciousness so quickly as much as TWD. I mean, maybe only GoT has surpassed it, but at least GoT was talked about right up until the finale.

TWD is pretty much syfy tier now. Literally nobody talks about it and yet AMC are still adamant on keeping it on life support.

Seasons 9 and 10 are the new peak of the show IMO, just sucks that the Savior arc tanked so hard it turned people off the show.

If they haven't changed the formula of introducing someone, immediately dumping a sob story on the viewer, and then expecting us to care about them, not really interested

The lack of compelling new characters and the slow whittling down of old cast makes the show really boring

The producers have said they do not intend on ending the show any time soon
Plus we still have the Rick Grimes movies to look forward to and probably a few more seasons with him on the main show before hopefully they bring the show to an end

It's nearing it's natural conclusion though with civilization popping back up and walkers not really being a threat anymore

I feel like they mean The Walking Dead brand more than the main show. I know in the past they've talked about 12 seasons which would give them enough room to cover the remaining comic material and some original content.

But given TWD is literally the only popular thing AMC has left they're probably going to keep it going for as long as they can. Their only show other than TWD/FTWD that still gets above a million regular viewers is Better Call Saul which only has a season left.

Since January, I've been going through the UC Gundam series with my friend. So far, we've watched:

The MSG 0079 compilation movies
MSG: War in The Pocket
MSG: The Origin
MSG: 08 MS Team
Zeta Gundam (we finished this yesterday

Now we've started 0083 Stardust Memories, and after that we'll watch ZZ Gundam, then Char's Counterattack, and then Gundam Unicorn.

A couple years ago we watched the first season of Gundam Thunderbolt. I hadn't watched any other Gundam shows at that point, so I'd like to rewatch it at some point, now that I have the requisite context.

there have been two seasons since negan got put in jail. they got a new lead writer in after that.

they do quite a big timeskip of 6 years where things are kinda medieval now, and there's more of an ensemble cast thing going on where the action moves between alexandria, hilltop and kingdom

I liked it a lot. I enjoyed the focus on ground battles, and that the action was focused on a squad of average mechs as opposed to a single experimental mech that's "the best."

The fight with the Gouf is probably my favorite action scene in the whole series thus far.

I went back and rewatched Dragon Ball Z abridged. Season 1 was very myspace era humour but by the Android Saga it was basically a way more concise and funny redub. Really the only annoying thing is the VA for Goku, Gohan and Krillin. Super enjoyable tbh
