Jacob Potila was actually a Jacob Flotilla of lies.- WarTurkey
Since I've been stuck in during lockdown I've been looking for stuff to watch. I really enjoyed The Boys, and just started the second season of Future Man.

Since Lockdown started I caught up with Man In the High Castle Season 4, Walking Dead S9 (10 isn't on amazon yet rip) and Better Call Saul S5 and did another rewatch of a good chunk of Doctor Who. More recently I've just done rewatches of Breaking Bad/ Better Call Saul and I'm now on my yearly rewatch of The Expanse.

I'm pretty terrible about watching shows anymore (even when we were on lockdown). I'm watching that Epstein docu-series on Netflix. I watched Better Call Saul S5 a couple weeks ago. Also watched The Boys and Watchmen around February. That's all I can remember rn.

I've been considering re-watching Avatar TLA since it's on Netflix again, but realistically I'll probably watch a few episodes and then fall off.

Ya fuckin' ganderneck.
I don't actually watch very many shows. I haven't really been watching shit for months except YouTube, but I was maybe gonna watch Boku No Hero again soon since I never saw season 4. I need to finish The Mandalorian as well since I've only watched half of it so far. Was thinking about checking out The Witcher too, though I never played the game.

Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
I watched Arrow years ago until I stopped after season 4 cause that season pissed me off.

I decided to give the show another chance recently with season 5 and season 6 and those were so much better.

I'm rewatching/restarting Kill La Kill since I never finished it and I forgot where I left off at. Four episodes in and I am absolutely loving this show.

I also watched Angel's Egg two nights ago for the first time. I don't know how to really feel about this since I watched it with a migraine and admittedly it flew over my head, but my basic opinion is that for a movie that's only 70 minutes long, it could have greatly benefited from only being 30-45 minutes long.

I recently finished watching Silicon Valley, which is pretty good.

I started to watch The Clone Wars, but I hope it starts to get better soon before I give up on it. I'm in the middle of season 1.

i liked the john smith storyline, but pretty much everything else was just flat out boring or frustrating to watch in how nothing really happened. The ending was a giant "fuck you" it felt like.

I'd recommend using an episode guide for Clone Wars - the good stuff is well worth your time but the bad stuff is super bad, and the earlier seasons have a lot more of the bad than the later ones. The good thing is, the series is an anthology so you can (for the most part) just skip something if it's not interesting you.

Spoiler

This is a pretty good viewing guide for Seasons 1-5.

Honestly nothing new is really grabbing my attention at this moment in time. I got into the first season of Last Kingdom if you're into historical Anglo Saxon and Viking aesthetics but my interests started waning in season 2 and haven't really picked it back up again.

I rewatched The Terror (more historical kino set in the Victorian era) which isn't a new show, but still remains really good. It has Master and Commander vibes with early GoT internal scheming and politics if that's your kind of scene. Also has various supernatural elements going on as well.

I decided to watch White Lines on Netflix because it was by the same guy who did Money Heist (which I really enjoyed).

It’s a unique take on murder mystery with its environment of Ibiza and nightlife but the modern day scenes were much less interesting than the 20 years in the past scenes and unfortunately the modern day takes up 80% of the show

I read most of the book series that The Last Kingdom is based on a few years ago, was a good read but I got a bit bored of it just being Uhtred being betrayed and failing to get Bebbanburg over and over again. The show was pretty cool but it lost my interest too lol

Also find it really hard to emotionally connect to Uhtred the way he goes through wives like they're empty crisp packets or something.

This show where State Bureau of Investigation with investigator having expired document breaks into the open museum with Special Force, steals original documents (that they could view online) that confirm that paintings there were legally bought with all taxes being paid and tries to take owner (ex-president) to court for not paying taxes.

Right now I'm on episode where ex-president comes to Prosecutor General office to receive a suspicion (I hope that's the right translation) regarding yet another case Bureau was preparing from General itself (and by the law only General can give a suspicion to a deputee), but she locks herself first, then she lets him in and then she runs away. Also in this episode Bureau of Investigation pulls off their trump card: to give suspicion via Youtube video montage.

Not exactly an avid TV watcher, but I finished off the last season of The Clone Wars with Victory and Death as... literally everything I could have hoped for. No high hopes after the first episodes, but Mandalore was literally a Star Wars Movie unto itself at points, discrediting some of the more dumb scenes of it. Last episode was entirely perfect though, and those final minutes felt like I was a kid again. Definitely reinvigorated my faith in my favourite fictional universe.

Fiancé has me watching the new Sabrina, but while it does kinda hold my interest at points, it really kinda does fall into the same homogeneous fashion of love triangles and pointless, unending drama that almost every other female-oriented show on Netflix has.

Copy and pasted from the other thread whoops:

For any bongs here looking for stuff to watch I highly recommend hopping onto the Channel 4 streaming app.

It has all the prime late 2000s, early 2010s britkino shows like Misfits, This is England and Inbetweeners at the expense of having to watch a couple ads. Y'all sleeping on it.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Me and the gf finally finished watching all of Star Trek after 3 years (skipped TOS, but watched all the movies and the Picard series). Voyager was a fucking trek to get through, and Picard wasn't really what we expected.

Interspersed between this was Due South, a 90's TV show where a holier than thou Canadian Mountie goes around solving problems and crimes in Chicago. For reasons.

Blitzed through Avatar and TLOK over May. The latter was a bit unconvincing as a sequel series, but good in its own right.

Now we're going through old Louis Theroux Documentaries, and watching The Mentalist.

Also saw the first few episodes of some anime about Japanes spirits and their names on a list that a schoolkid inherited? Can't remember the name. Kinda reminds me of My Name is Earl, but weeby.
