tbh it was more of a "should I reccomend you? They've needed someone for a long time". I didn't tell him I was quitting btw. He just offered it 'cause he thought it was a better suiting job for me.

any job in the trades is a worthwhile experience imo. whipped me into shape fast plus gave me some perspective and taught me how to assert myself better.
